  • "Clients" refers to any user seeking to book service through the platform.
  • "Service Provider" refers to independent contractors offering services through the platform.
  • "User" refers to any person using the platform, including Clients and Service Providers.
  • "Services" means domestic work, cleaning, babysitting, gardening, or other service facilitated by the platform.

2. Platform Overview

The Platform acts as an intermediary connecting Clients with independent Service Providers.

We do not employ Service Providers; they act as independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and compliance.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, Users must:

  • Be atleast 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credantials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Clients may cancel bookings up to [X hours] before the scheduled time without penalty.
  • Cancellations made after that may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [5–7 business days] via the original payment method.

The Company reserves the right to review disputes on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Respect Client property and privacy.
  • Not engage in unlawful or unethical conduct.

6.2 Clients Must:

  • Refrain from discrimination or harassment.
  • Not request illegal or unsafe services.

7. Fees and Taxes

The Company may charge service fees or commissions for use of the Platform.

Service Providers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes arising from payments received.

8. Reviews and Feedback

Users may leave ratings and reviews. By posting reviews, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and display such content. We may remove reviews that are offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company:

  • Provides the Platform “as is” and “as available.”
  • Makes no warranties regarding service quality, reliability, or availability.
  • Is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Clients and Service Providers assume all responsibility for their interactions and engagements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Breach of these terms,
  • Misuse of the Platform
